SDM is a dentist-owned and dentist-led dental services organization (“DSO”) created by the joining of SDC and 33 independent dental practices in California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
